Intensity fluctuations of the brightness temperature were measured at a wavelength of 7.6 cm for time periods of 2-1000 s. The structure coefficient is estimated to be 0.0086 K/s exp 5/6 for the structure function of atmospheric fluctuations described by the 5/3 power law. Measurements were made with a radiometer whose fluctuation sensitivity was characterized by a 2/5-power structure function with a mean structure-coefficient of 0.0046 K/s exp 1/5.
