A theorem on the horizon radiation, such as that observed in an accelerating system, or outside a black hole, is generalized to include fermion as well as boson fields and with arbitrary interactions. The relationship between the measurements made by an observer restricted within the horizon and the description of the state vector which extends beyond his horizon is analyzed.
