The vertical structure of resonant gravity waves is studied on the basis of the Iudin-Gavrilov (1985) numerical simulation algorithm, involving a harmonic source located at a height of 10 km in the troposphere. It is demonstrated that the background wind in the stratosphere and mesosphere produces changes in the horizontal phase velocity of the waves and in the energy of resonant IGW modes, as well as a change in their vertical structure.
