In the present consideration of the exterior field of the Bianchi type-VI0 metric in the Lyttleton-Bondi universe, using an exact cosmological model, it is assumed that the charge created will not affect the dynamical characteristic of the metric. It is also noted that the mechanical effect of such creation on the energy-momentum tensor will be nil. Attention is given to the physical properties of this model.
