In this paper, it is shown that the effect of the limb-darkening probably plays an important role in determining stellar rotational velocities. The effect on the measured values of Ve sin i may reach by a factor of 17%. As the essential extension of an earlier work by us, this paper presents a new explanation for the systematic difference between the 'old' and 'new systems of stellar rotational velocities. The differences can be attributed mainly to: (1) the twice corrections for the limb-darkening in the 'old' system, and (2) the values of limb-darkeing coefficients used in the 'old' system are too large.
