An analytic model is presented which gives upper atmospheric densities
as a function of the exospheric temperature and the altitude. The
densities produced are identical to those produced by Jacchia's 1970
models (1970) for altitudes between 90 and 125 km and closely
approximate Jacchia's values for altitudes greater than 125 km.
