Based on the derived relations it is possible to determine the gross attitude deviations of spin stabilized axisymmetric probes, which move along elliptic solar orbits. It is supposed for the derivation, that these deviations are so small, that their reaction on the disturbing momentum is negligible. A later work will treat dynamics for those cases where partial probe-surfaces are rotated with respect to the direction of light incidence.
