Utilizing the UltraViolet Coronal Spectrometer (UVCS) aboard the SOlar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) an examination of several streamers over a two week period was conducted. These streamers were observered at 1.6 and 1.75 solar radii in order to determine the absolute elemental abundances of O, Si, Fe, S, Mg and N. To derive these abundances the electron temperature for each observation was calculated. From the absolute elemental abundance results the First Ionization Potential (FIP) effect shall be examined. The goal of this research is to examine how these streamer properties vary with time and height as well as between individual streamers during this declining phase in solar activity.
