We propose Chandra and Hubble Space Telescope observations of the four X-ray brightest, cooling-flow clusters with bright gravitational arcs, newly identified from the ROSAT XBACS/BCS lensing study. Our primary aim is to measure the cluster mass profiles, using both the X-ray and lensing data. Secondary goals include measurements of the X-ray gas/total mass ratio as a function of radius, and the properties and ages of the cooling flows. Our targets are the X-ray brightest, dynamically-relaxed lensing clusters not yet studied with Chandra or HST and are amongst the most massive and X-ray luminous clusters known.
