The problem of forming an orbit for multiple approaches of a research spacecraft to Mars and the Earth is considered. Such a trajectory is achieved by means of executing alternating powered and gravitational maneuvers of the spacecraft in the gravity fields of these planets, which enables it to carry out a prolonged flight along a closed path with a small supply of fuel on board. The results of calculating such multicircuit shuttle flights for launch dates from 1992 to 2012 are presented and analyzed.
