The fractionally charged (4/3)e lepton candidates have been measured by
using a counter telescope for cosmic rays at sea-level. But by using the
same telescope, negative results were obtained for a (1/3)e or (2/3)e
charged particle as a result of the same analyses with (4/3)e charged
particles.
