The spectral composition of waves generated by hydrodynamic turbulence on the interface of two inviscid incompressible fluids is studied theoretically, and the integral intensity of the waves is estimated in a series of equations. The stationary spectra of wave turbulence are determined on the basis of the equilibrium between emission and absorption processes in a nontransparent region.
