Low resolution IUE spectra of the helium-weak star HD 144334 are combined with S2/68 fluxes, and optical and infrared photometry. These data, using the infrared and total flux method, give Teff = 16,000K + or - 100K. From published Balmer line profiles the surface gravity is redetermined as log g = 4.10 + or - 0.05. Metallic ions in the high resolution IUE SWP spectra are identified, and the abundance determined for silicon, using Si III and Si IV lines, is found to be lower than the solar value.
