Radio occultation measurements of the near-solar plasma involving two-frequency transmission from Venera 10 (behind the sun) to the earth are described. The energy spectra of two coherent signals - at 32 cm and 8 cm - were received on earth and subjected to energy-spectrum analysis. It is shown that at distances greater than 10 solar radii from the solar center the equivalent width ratio (alpha) of the energy spectrum is close to its theoretical value (as indicated by the classical Kolmogoroff spectrum), while at distances less than 10 solar radii it increases and attains a value of alpha = 25 at an R/solar radius ratio of 3.3 (where R is the distance from the solar center).
