The paper deals essentially with the interesting properties of the light variability of HD 101065. New high-speed photometric observations of HD 101065 are reported, which cover more than 230 cycles of the variability in both Johnson B and V colors. A Fourier transform frequency analysis of the light variability is given with a least squares fit of the derived frequencies to the data. The frequency analysis is discussed, where pulsation in the 1 = 2 nonradial mode is identified. A rotational velocity formula for HD 101065 is derived.
