A conformal invariant gravity model with two scalar fields (dilaton and material) is examined. The second-order phase transition in de Sitter space-time is analyzed, and the spontaneous breaking of the conformal symmetry is investigated. The spontaneous symmetry breaking is shown to arise at any temperature due to the appearance of a vacuum mean dilaton field.
