A plotting technique is proposed for solving a system of kinetic equations describing the propagation of a hadron cascade through the earth atmosphere. The cascade propagation problem is reduced to an equivalent problem of Fermi particle scattering in an external field with allowance for pair creation. The analytical properties of the solution are investigated. It is shown that a quasipartial description arises for the primary power spectrum in the high-energy limit.
