I have studied the dynamics of globular clusters using individual stellar velocities and the integrated light of the central 10 sec. The velocity measurements are obtained using an imaging Fabry-Perot spectrophotometer. This is the first time that stellar radial velocities have been measured using absorption lines with a Fabry-Perot.I have outlined the observing and analysis procedures. For the clusters which I have studied with the Fabry-Perot, the number of stars with measured velocities in the central 1 min have been increased by factors of 10-30. this new wealth of data allows for a more detailed dynamical analysis than has been previously possible. I present velocity dispersion profiles and rotation properties for four clusters. I have developed non-parametric models using the velocity dispersion and surface brightness profiles. These show that the parametric models which have been used for globular clusters miss important information. These non-parametric models can be compared with existing theories to place strong constraints on the underlying properties, such as the mass density profile and the mass function.
