In the ten years since Guth proposed the inflationary Universe, we have come to appreciate the rich and varied phenomena associated with inflation; most of them unanticipated in the original work. We have also learned that inflation is a picture than can be accomodated within many frameworks. In this paper I review some of the models for inflation (old, new, chaotic, extended, etc.). I also discuss some of the ``generic'' predictions of inflation, particularly those that bear upon nuclear astrophysics.
