Remote sensing is a key application in global-change science, being very
useful for local and regional climatology and landuse/landcover dynamics
analysis. Based on satellite images (LANDSAT TM, ETM and ASTER) of
Romanian Black Sea coastal zone, centered on Constantza urban area were
derived surface biophysical parameters for 1975 - 2003 period.
