The present epoch is characterized by a reduced Comet-Asteroid Danger (CAD). Its alarm estimates are unjustified. The problem is, however, still actively pursued, since the threat is determined not by the present mean CAD level, but by its still unpredicted fluctuations, realized in discrete collisions of comets and asteroids with Earth. The task under investigation is to translate these effects to the class of predicted, precalculated, and later - technically preventable events.
