Atmospheric-luminescence data obtained with the filter photometer of the Cosmos-900 satellite in the 3914-A band are analyzed. A preliminary examination shows that maximum intensities under quiet conditions are observed at longitudes close to the Brazilian magnetic anomaly. The data also reveal intense luminescence in the band near 3914 A at low latitudes.
