Present and future experimental techniques to study gravitation are discussed. These include tests that prove the invariance of conventional constants, tests of the equivalence principle, tests that confirm the special theory of relativity, tests of the validity of a particular metric theory, and tests involving moving matter. The role of the space program and developing technology in these experimental efforts is discussed.
