Although in an earlier paper the author did not consider the effect of solar-radiation pressure on the motion of artificial satellites, he now thinks it essential to accurate reductions of observations of satellites of moderate size. The analytical expressions for the perturbations of the first order are easily obtained; the two limits of integration are, however, derived by numerical methods.
