A survey of proton events for 1966-1977 indicates that the relationships between the maximum intensity of proton fluxes at energies exceeding 10 MeV and radio-burst parameters are different at frequencies of 200 and 100 MHz. The relationship between the maximum value of PCA (polar cap absorption) and radio-burst characteristics at 9100, 200, and 100 MHz is analyzed. It is shown that the observed PCA phenomena are caused by proton fluxes whose intensity is related to radio-burst parameters in the following ways: the flux intensity increases as the intensity of bursts normalized at the background continuum for 200 MHz, whereas it decreases as the burst intensity for 100 MHz.
