The anomaly mediated supersymmetry breaking (AMSB) scenario is a viable scheme to provide cold dark matter. We entertain the possibility that the dark halo of the Milky Way is made of neutralinos in AMSB theories and compute the induced rates of exotic cosmic rays. We find regions in the model parameter space excluded by available antiproton and positron measurements. Upcoming experiments will set even stronger constraints or find evidence for dark matter; in particular, we prove that if at least 10% of the gamma-ray flux detected by the EGRET telescope towards the Galactic center is due to AMSB neutralino annihilations, the associated monochromatic gamma-ray flux will be detected by the next generation of gamma-ray telescopes.
