The characteristics of the plasma universe (plasmas with energies greater than 100 eV) are described. It is observed that the plasma universe emits X-rays, gamma rays, and synchrotron radiation, the sheaths of electric current of the universe divide interplanetary, interstellar, and intergalactic space into compartments, and the magnetization, density, temperature, and chemical composition differ on the two sides of a current layer. An example in which the model is utilized to explain the structure of the Saturnian C rings is presented.
