Numerical methods are used to analyze the structure of 2D Langmuir solitons propagating along strong magnetic field in which electrons are magnetized. Soliton structure appears to be that of positive charge (electron hole) travelling along field with the velocity exceeding significantly velocity of ion acoustic solitary structures. The relevance of the constructed soliton solutions to electron holes observed in auroral ionosphere is discussed, as well as their role in supporting parallel electric fields in auroral zone. It is also noteworthy that electrons trapped inside solitary structures can be accelerated by the motional (convective) electric field of plasma flow and to produce surfing electron acceleration to the relativistic energies.
