The COMPLETE (COordinated Molecular Probe Line Extinction Thermal Emission) Survey of Star-Forming Regions, and its ancillary data, include observations at cm wavelengths through X-rays. Beyond the variety of wavelengths, the data formats--and even the number of dimensions sampled--is very diverse. Nonetheless, the COMPLETE data are being obtained, in conjunction with the Spitzer Legacy c2d (Cores-to-Disks) Survey, for the explicit purpose of understanding the physics of a process (in this case star formation) using every available and relevant kind of observation. In this talk, we will discuss the special challenges posed by attemping to integrate and serve a database that contains information including: position-position-velocity-intensity spectral line data ``cubes"; near-infrared extinction maps; optical and infrared images; far-infrared and sub-mm dust emission maps; and ``source" catalogs derived from each of the data sets. These challenges are made greater by the need to also integrate Spitzer (c2d) data, which is archived by NASA, with our COMPLETE data, that is being archived with only (a limited amount of) private funding. We will conclude the talk with a quick glimpse at the science payoffs of our efforts thus far.
