Observations made using MERLIN and the VLBA of H2CO (6 cm) and OH (1720 MHz) SNR masers are presented. We present resolved images of H2CO masers for the first time, from observations of the star forming regions NGC 7538 and G29.96 0.02. The high (109K) brightness temperatures observed in the 6 cm line and the lack of 2 cm emission are not consistent with theoretical suggestions concerning the inversion of the maser. Alternative inversion mechanisms are discussed. Full-polarization images of the OH (1720 MHz) masers in the supernova remnants W28 and W44 and Circular-polarization images of the OH (1720 MHz) masers in the supernova remnant IC 443 are presented. The Zeeman splitting observed in the W28 and W44 masers indicates a magnetic field in the masers of magnitude ≈1 mG. The circularly-polarized emission observed in the IC 443 masers is not consistent with Zeeman splitting. The linear polarization observed in the W28 and W44 masers indicates a good agreement between the magnetic field in the SNR limb (observed using synchrotron emission) and the magnetic field in the maser gas. The observed sizes of the OH masers (≈500 AU) are consistent with suggestions based on theoretical models for a collisional pump.
