The nature of pulsars that exhibit quasi-periodic oscillations (QPOs) is
discussed. It is shown how QPOs are produced by an interaction between
the accretion disk surrounding a neutron star with the neutron star's
magnetic field. The possible relationship between pulsars that exhibit
QPOs and millisecond pulsars is considered.
