Nine new quasars were discovered among the starlike objects selected during the Second Biurakan Survey. The spectra were obtained with the Special Astrophysical Observatory 6-m telescope using a 1000-channel image photon counting system in the 3400-5100 A range with a dispersion of 1.7 A/channel and a resolution of 3-4 A. Stellar magnitudes and redshifts of quasars are presented as well as spectral descriptions and scanner recordings.
