HD 31908 is announced to be a new Delta Scuti star (Delta B not greater than 0.03 mag). A frequency analysis of 387 observations obtained during 50 hr of observation on 10 nights is presented. Three frequencies are derived which are equally spaced in frequency space, suggesting pulsation in rotationally perturbed m-modes. The two frequencies of greatest amplitude, however, have a period ratio close to that expected for the radial fundamental and first overtone modes. It is suggested that this is coincidental and the nonradial interpretation of the three frequencies is more probable. HD 31908 is a Delta-Del star with delta m 0 = -0.022 indicating that it has a metal rich spectrum and is probably a giant metallic line star.
