Spinning spherical fine particles (insulator), charged up negatively in plasmas, have magnetic moments, providing paramagnetic behaviors in the presence of external magnetic field. Here is presented a short review of preliminary experiments on the spinning motion of particles, together with recent theoretical works predicting the spinning motion. Future problems are also remarked for finding new features of fine-particle plasmas especially in a magnetic field.
