One Killing-vector solutions of Einstein's equations are equivalent to a three-dimensional space with nonmetric fields. We approach this three-space by the use of Ricci rotation-coefficients and apply the method developed in this paper to show that this three-space admits a Killing-vector if certain rotation-coefficients vanish, and to make ome sstatements about the asymptotical behaviour of solutions of Ernst's equation.
