This report discusses the portion of the STIS pipeline reduction code (CALSTIS) that processes observations of the spectral calibration lamps. These WAVECAL observations are used to determine zero-point offsets in wavelength and slit position from the nominal values determined during calibration. These offsets are in turn applied to contemporaneous science observations.
