Scientific paper

The paper presents synthetic spectra of the energy radiated by the fundamental constituents of the atmosphere: H2O, O2, and O3. The computation covers the spectral range from 10 to 110 kaysers. It is applied to the lower stratosphere (altitudes between 11.5 and 14.5 km). The computation parameters have been chosen so as to enable a direct comparison between the computed spectra and those measured by other authors.
