In the Scorpius-Ophiuchus direction the huge filamentary HII Zone around the S1 and S7 nebulae is embedded into its own neutral Hydrogen.The character of the HI and HII coexistence puts several problems unsolved till now. The HII filaments determine the disposition of the HI, but the behaviour of the neutral hydrogen, its kinematics on the surfaces separating both types of gas - remains unknown. The summary of our Large Pulkovo radiotelescope and the RATAN-600 observations will be given in the communication.
