The systematization of data on isotopic anomalies in interstellar grains of diamonds, graphite, SiC, A12O3 and FUN inclusions of chondrites and modern theories on nuclear processes at various evolution stages of stars allows to propose the following succession of evolution processes in massive O,B star of second generation. According to our model it was a predecessor of SN which can lead to protosolar nebula formation.
