The method of averaging is used to obtain simple relations describing
quite accurately the evolution of orbits with eccentricities of the
order of the Earth's oblateness on long (up to 4 - 5 thousand turns)
time intervals. Recommendations are given as to choose the parameters of
motion of low-orbit satellite systems.
