Regularities in the distribution of oscillator strengths of lines in spectra of atoms of group II of the periodic table (elements Be I, Mg I, and Ca I) are established. It is established that the linear dependence describes the oscillator strengths of transitions, for which the principal quantum numbers of the upper and lower states are simultaneously changed by unity. For Be I, Mg I, and Ca I atoms, 98 linear dependences having a high correlation coefficient (as a rule R > 0.99) were established. The influence of configuration interaction on linearity of the dependences is discussed.
