V893 Sco, classified as a dwarf nova, has been lost since the discovery by Satyvoldiev. K. Haseda discovered a variable star close to the designated position of V893 Sco. After close examination of Satyvoldiev's discovery materials and Satyvoldiev's confirmation, we have concluded Haseda's object is truly the recovery of long-lost V893 Sco.
