In the compilation of Tokyo PMC 85 catalog (Yoshizawa et al., 1987), corrections to the pivot irregularities and to spontaneous changes of the azimuth and the level errors were made by using the real-time readings of the two axis collimators of the PMC. This paper describes the measurement procedure of the axis collimators and presents the equations used for the real-time correction of pivot irregularities.
