Searches for non-paulian nuclear processes, i.e. processes normally
forbidden by the Pauli-Exclusion-Principle (PEP) with highly radiopure
NaI(Tl) scintillators allow the test of this fundamental principle with
high sensitivity. Status and perspectives are briefly addressed.
