Universe: Rotation, Cosmology: Goedel Universe

The authors present some exact solutions of Einstein's field equations which have expansion, shear and rotation. The source of the geometry of these solutions is a viscous fluid which has not been thermalized. The solutions reported are nonstatic generalizations of Gödel's rotating cosmos. The solution discussed by Novello and Reboucas has been derived as a particular case.
