The GONG ring-diagram pipeline was developed to analyze GONG+ Dopplergrams in order to extract information about solar subsurface flows and has been extensively tested for this purpose. Here we present preliminary results obtained by analyzing the HMI Dopplergrams with the GONG pipeline and compare them with those obtained from the HMI ring-diagram pipeline.
