The problem of a turbulent dynamo in a thin disk with a simple nonlinearity is examined analytically. It is shown that a nonlinear system is characterized by self-oscillations, whereas a linear solution involves monotonic field growth. If differential rotation is sufficiently large, the magnetic field amplitude may exceed the equal distribution level, which may be an important factor in explaining the observed spectra of accretion disks.
