Theoretical models of dusty H II regions are examined from the viewpoint of accounting for certain observational IR and radio data. The observational features considered include the position of the IR maximum, the color temperatures on either side of the peak, accurate profiles of brightness temperatures across the nebula at different frequencies, and the ratio of the He II to the H II zones.
