A theoretical analysis is presented of the behavior of electromagnetic radiation from MHD (magnetoacoustic and Alfven) waves of a magnetic rotator moving in a cold cosmic magnetoplasma. Special emphasis is put on the nature of the back reaction of radiation on the source. It is shown that under certain conditions there occurs not only an 'unwinding' rotor rotation - analogous to the buildup of oscillations in a cosmic medium - but an acceleration of the translational motion of the radiation source. The discussion can possibly be applied to such astrophysical problems as radiation from a rotating magnetic star.
