A fully relativistic formulation for a motion of a compressed shell in an expanding dust universe is given in the approximation of an infinitesimally thin shell. Using the equation of motion obtained, the expansion law of a mass shell surrounding a spherical void is discussed. The fully relativistic equation of motion is derived and its solutions are given in the Newtonian approximation.
